GLYC Sailing School
General Information:
- Students age 7-17
- Hours: 10 am – 4:00 pm at the Grand Lake Yacht Club
- No sailing experience is necessary; the program is for all levels
- Awards BBQ for families on the last day of each session
2024 Sailing School dates:
Week 1:
6/24 - 6/28, Mon-Thurs
Week 2:
7/1 - 7/5, Mon-Fri, no school July 4th
Week 3:
7/ 8 - 7/11, Mon-Thurs
Week 4:
7/15 - 7/18 Mon-Thurs
Week 5:
7/22 - 7/25 Mon-Thurs
Kindersail:
- Available from 8-10 am every morning that Sailing School is in session. No registration is required for this drop-in program designed for children between the ages of 3-6 ($30 a day)
Registration:
Registration opens at 8 AM on Monday, February 26.
Scholarships:
- Need based scholarships are available for Grand County youth. Please contact Bonnie Sutherland for more information.
